HEALTHY IS SEXY!

Let’s get it on … to Happy Endings in 2025, and New Beginning in 2026!

Did I get your attention!? I figure if I write one newsletter a year it better be smokin’ hot good!

Everyone thinks everyone else is having more sex than they are. Are they? And who cares! (Healthy is sexy BUT are you in rhythm with nature?)

I find that we are in a very intersting place in the world right now. There are so many mind blowing advances in modern technology, information is being processed at lightning speed and apparently there are algorithms that have algorithms to gently guide us, mysteriously, behind the scenes, towards all the things we are looking for including our eclectic tastes, our political views, and our fears, phobias, as well as penetrating the deep fractures in our psyche that can then fill us with doubt. Is this mystical or manipulative? (Isnt this just fear based marketing, highlighting all the things that are wrong with us skewing us to what we NEED to fix us as if we are broken?)

There is a constant, CONSTANT, overwhelming influx of this information that unfortunately most of us have gotten used to…or have we…. (I cant sleep, I dont know what to eat, should I be on GLP, should I take hormones, should I…, podcast after podcast article, data, data, data, Im too fat, Im too thin, Im too old, I’m too young, I’m not smart enough, Im not string enough, I dont know what I am meant to do with my life to give it meaning!)

Sadly, I just googled what is the most asked question on the internet and it is apparently WHAT should I watch?! Uggh. Does this make your heart hurt? or do you just want to know what to watch? Ha ha!

Ya know I used to take a bath, for most of my life, decades, every night before bed, light a candle, add some salts, and just sit there in the hot water for an hour. Now I binge watch netflix. I used to wake up in the morning and journal or doodle, read; now I’m on my NYTimes APP puzzling. Its only for twenty minutes, right? But……excuses, excuses, everyone is doing it! They do more than me. Its only 20 minutes!

I miss my old bath time. I have been missing out on an essential part of nourishing my nervous system. Rest and digest, relax and reflect. I came to this revelation in the last few weeks thinking about writing this article and at first it seemed minor but its not. It’s HUGE. I have imperceptibly over time like a slow leak in a bucket, given up my free time, my time for self reflection, my time to let my mind wander, process the day, think creatively, problem solve, connect, manifest. I have chosen an addiction over self care and an addiction over intuition on how to live my damn life!

Talk about tuning out. Tune in! Do you really need a machine or an APP to tell you how you feel? To tell you if you are ovulating or if your slept well. To tell you the meaning of your life?…C’mon. Sure, it can be used as a piece of the equation, a quite possible therapeutic, interesting, immediate part if the equation if you want it to be, but it is only a piece, a part of the equation and the whole is SO much greater than its parts!

OK, So back the the sexy part! Healthy is sexy and Sexy is for YOU! When you are inner connected you are in tune with the signs of what your body needs, craves, lacks, hungers for, desires or is averse to. You are also in tune with self preservation, protection, vulnerability, in tune with what or who you don’t need, or dont need to “fix.” Your body informs you. There is a symbiotic connection to self, to self and other, to self and nature.

This is called self-awareness. This is your intuition.

This is your algorithm or open pathway to higher consciousness. The confidence one exudes when they KNOW themselves is undeniably sexy. It’s smokin’ hot.

Versus ChatGPT stands for "Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer," meaning it's a conversational AI (Chat) that generates human-like text (Generative), learns from massive datasets (Pre-trained), and uses a specific deep learning structure (Transformer) to understand context and generate responses, developed by OpenAI.

( My intuitive response is PUKE.) ( Not Sexy)


Be Sexy and BE BORED.

Be BORED, Pah-leeeease! My wish for you in 2026 is to be bored, see how you actually feel, get back in rhythm with nature, YOUR nature. Get Healthy, Get SEXY. Thats for you, by you, and no one can take that away from you. No APP can tell you who you are or what you are meant to do in this life. Remember what you came here for!
